"I was called to the healing arts from a very young age. I have always been a healer. It is simply who I am. When I began receiving energy work and acupuncture I experienced transcendental states of consciousness and out of body experiences that lead me to share the healing arts with others. I decided to become a licensed massage therapist 10 years ago after attending a retreat at Magnolia Grove Monastery with Thich Nhat Hanh. I later became a health coach through Integrative Health and Nutrition, a Yoga instructor and Vedic Thai practitioner and then became a Massage Therapy instructor. I have found so much joy in helping others. Life is a journey and I would be honored to help you along the way."
